Lance A. Berry

Board Member

Lance A. Berry has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2022. Since December 2023, Mr. Berry has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Artivion, Inc., a cardiac and vascular surgery company focused on aortic disease. Before joining Artivion, Mr. Berry served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operations Officer of Wright Medical Group N.V., from January 2019 until November 2020, when Wright was acquired by Stryker NV. Before becoming Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, Mr. Berry served in the following roles at Wright Medical: Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (2009-2018) and Vice President, Corporate Controller (2002-2009). Mr. Berry was employed as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Anderson from 1995 to 2002. He served on the board of directors of Vapotherm (OTCQX: VAPO), a publicly traded developer and manufacturer of advanced respiratory technology, from January 2020 to September 2024. Mr. Berry received both his Masters and Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.
