Our Team
Our teams at Treace Medical Concepts bring together talented professionals from diverse backgrounds, each contributing unique skills and perspectives to achieve our shared mission. The Culture Team, plays a key role in strengthening our values and enhancing the employee experience. With members from across the organization and support from executive leadership, they encourage employee ideas, lead recognition programs, and organize quarterly awards to honor contributions. They also foster engagement through team-building activities and community service, including volunteering, food drives and charity events.

In 2024 we contributed more than $63,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and took part in our annual food and goods drive for Feeding Northeast Florida. Teams across the company worked together on service projects with local nonprofits to make a meaningful impact.
