Aaron Berutti

Senior Vice President, Commercial Excellence

Mr. Berutti brings nearly 20 years of business development and sales management experience to Treace.  He has served as our Senior Vice President, Commercial Excellence since May 2025, after serving as our Senior Vice President, Sales since 2021.  Prior to joining Treace, Mr. Berutti was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Orthofix Orthopedics, U.S. & Canada.  Before joining Orthofix, Mr. Berutti served as VP, Business Development for Cartiva, Inc.  (acquired by Wright Medical Group).  Prior to joining Cartiva, Mr.  Berutti spent over 13 years at Wright Medical, where he served in sales leadership positions, including as Vice President, U.S. Sales for the Lower Extremity and Biologics business.  Prior roles at Wright Medical included roles as Regional Vice President, U.S. Sales and Sr. Director, U.S. Sales & Marketing Operations.

Mr.  Berutti holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and both Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance degrees from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
