Zac Potter

Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

Zac Potter brings over 25 years of extensive financial expertise, including leadership roles in the medical device and oil and gas industries. He has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer since February 2026, following his tenure as Vice President, Corporate Controller beginning in July 2022.

Prior to joining our company, Mr. Potter held key leadership positions at LivaNova PLC (LIVN) from April 2019 to July 2022, serving as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Vice President, Accounting Operations & Controls. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 15 years at Ensco plc (now known as Valaris Limited (VAL) after merger), a major international offshore drilling contractor, where he held various leadership roles in Finance & Administration, Corporate Accounting, and Internal Audit. During this time, he gained significant global experience, working internationally as an expatriate across Asia, Africa, and Europe for over six years, including four years in Singapore overseeing finance & administration for the Asia Pacific Rim business unit. Mr. Potter began his career at KPMG LLP, serving as an external auditor for three years through early 2002.

Mr. Potter is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
