Sr. Design Quality Engineer

The Sr. Design Quality Engineer (SDQE) reports directly to the Director, Quality Assurance and is accountable for supporting new product development and provides quality oversight to the Research & Development (R&D) organization while working within a multi-functional team environment for medical devices. The SDQE will handle projects and tasks, from product inception through design transfer and play an active role to ensure products meet quality standards consistent with internal procedures and acceptance criteria, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements. The SDQE shall have prior experience working within an FDA compliant Title 21 section 820 environment and the ability to work cross-functionally to support rapid growth and continuous improvement.

Regional Clinical Specialist

The Lapiplasty® Regional Clinical Specialist (RCS) at Treace Medical Concepts reports directly to the Regional Clinical Specialist Manager with a primary responsibility of ensuring that all new surgeon customers have an excellent experience during initial surgeries with our novel, patented Lapiplasty® procedure. The RCS will be the subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty® procedure. An individual that can instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team (and sales force) by their deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® procedure and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenarios.

Additionally, the RCS will have a leadership role and responsibility for training and conducting educational labs with surgeons. The RCS also serves as the internal expert and firsthand customer feedback point on the performance of our products.

Director of Medical Education

The Director, Medical Education’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership of the Company’s Medical Education programs. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & Medical Education and leads the group’s conception, planning, organization, and execution of the cadaveric workshops and other Medical Education activities for the Company. The Director, Medical Education must be able to prioritize activities and allocate resources for greatest effectiveness.

Sr. Financial Analyst, Sales & Pricing

Key position supporting the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Sales Operations, VP of Corporate accounts, Regional Vice Presidents, and executive team with a wide range of sales and pricing reports and analytics and will provide insights and recommendations on territory design, pricing, and various sales initiatives. The position will also play a role in investigating and implementing automation of certain Treace Medical processes and reports.

Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist

The Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist will report to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and will work with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Marketing to support the product development process and meeting all applicable regulatory requirements. The Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist will work with Marketing, Sales, Legal and Regulatory partners on advertising and promotional materials as well as product labeling while meeting all applicable regulatory requirements. The Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist will support daily regulatory operations and regulatory data management as well as monitor and assess applicable regulatory landscape changes.

Executive Administrator

The Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting Company executives, the coordination of office operations, and the management of resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Flexibility, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key characteristics of the successful candidate. This position will report directly to the VP Corporate Controller.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Product Development Engineer

The Product Development (R&D) Engineer is the team/project leader and responsible for the timely and quality execution and management of assigned design and development projects in order to meet the company’s short term and long-term goals.

This individual will be responsible for participating in and/or organizing key customer interactions and communications in partnership with the sales and marketing team to document and develop design concepts and develop them through, in accordance with the company design quality system, through full production launch and maintenance. This individual must be a “hands on” development professional who possess excellent CAD knowledge and skills (Solidworks preferred) for the creation of parametric models that drive the creation of ASME Y14.5 compliant manufacturable prints. This individual must also be extremely detail oriented and able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity with MS Office computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. This job includes the necessity to travel 20-30% of the time when needed. (to attend surgeon meetings, vendor site visits, trade shows, etc.).

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) at Treace Medical Concepts reports to the Regional Vice President with a primary responsibility of supporting the Area Sales Manager to achieve quota on a monthly and annual basis. The ASR will be familiar with the Lapiplasty® procedure and will be able to articulate the features and benefits of the procedure and system.

Associate Sales Representative – Lexington

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) at Treace Medical Concepts reports to the Regional Vice President with a primary responsibility of supporting the Area Sales Manager to achieve quota on a monthly and annual basis. The ASR will be familiar with the Lapiplasty® procedure and will be able to articulate the features and benefits of the procedure and system.

Associate Sales Representative – South Jersey

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) at Treace Medical Concepts reports to the Regional Vice President with a primary responsibility of supporting the Area Sales Manager to achieve quota on a monthly and annual basis. The Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception front desk, coordination of office operations, and the management of resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Flexibility, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key characteristics of the successful candidate. This position will report directly to the Human Resources Director but supports all employees.

Corporate Accounts Director (Remote)

The Corporate Accounts Director reports directly to the VP of Corporate Accounts with primary responsibility of developing and executing the corporate pricing strategy in conjunction with the CSO and Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in accordance with the overall financial targets of the Company. Two key components of this area of responsibility will include obtaining corporate account agreements and managing day to day requests for pricing approvals. The CAD will collaborate heavily with other departments, especially Sales Operations, Legal and Customer Service.
