Sr. Design Quality Engineer

The Sr. Design Quality Engineer (SDQE) reports directly to the Director, Quality Assurance and is accountable for supporting new product development and provides quality oversight to the Research & Development (R&D) organization while working within a multi-functional team environment for medical devices. The SDQE will handle projects and tasks, from product inception through design transfer and play an active role to ensure products meet quality standards consistent with internal procedures and acceptance criteria, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements. The SDQE shall have prior experience working within an FDA compliant Title 21 section 820 environment and the ability to work cross-functionally to support rapid growth and continuous improvement.

Regional Clinical Specialist

The Lapiplasty® Regional Clinical Specialist (RCS) at Treace Medical Concepts reports directly to the Regional Clinical Specialist Manager with a primary responsibility of ensuring that all new surgeon customers have an excellent experience during initial surgeries with our novel, patented Lapiplasty® procedure. The RCS will be the subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty® procedure. An individual that can instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team (and sales force) by their deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® procedure and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenarios.

Additionally, the RCS will have a leadership role and responsibility for training and conducting educational labs with surgeons. The RCS also serves as the internal expert and firsthand customer feedback point on the performance of our products.

Director of Medical Education

The Director, Medical Education’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership of the Company’s Medical Education programs. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & Medical Education and leads the group’s conception, planning, organization, and execution of the cadaveric workshops and other Medical Education activities for the Company. The Director, Medical Education must be able to prioritize activities and allocate resources for greatest effectiveness.

Foot & Ankle, Area Sales Manager - Little Rock

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Treace Medical Concepts reports to the Regional Vice President with a primary responsibility of achieving quota for his designated area on a monthly and annual basis. The ASM will be a subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty® procedure and will instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team by their deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® procedure and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenario.

Foot & Ankle, Area Sales Manager - Baltimore

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Treace Medical Concepts reports to the Regional Vice President with a primary responsibility of achieving quota for his designated area on a monthly and annual basis. The ASM will be a subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty® procedure and will instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team by their deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® procedure and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenario.

IT Director

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the IT Director is responsible for developing and executing information technology strategies and processes as an integral part of the Treace Medical Concepts (TMC) management team. In addition to setting strategic direction for technology, the IT Director will be the on-site leader for IT and the primary liaison and relationship manager with the company’s third-party IT provider. This position requires a unique individual with the knowledgeable and experience with designing systems, processes and strategies to support our high growth medical device Company.

Financial Planning Analyst

Financial Planning Analyst will work closely with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Human Resources to produce corporate reporting packages, execute budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide commissions and expense management analysis for functional leaders. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, problem solving, and computer skills. This role reports directly to with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Sr. Financial Analyst, Sales & Pricing

Key position supporting the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Sales Operations, VP of Corporate accounts, Regional Vice Presidents, and executive team with a wide range of sales and pricing reports and analytics and will provide insights and recommendations on territory design, pricing, and various sales initiatives. The position will also play a role in investigating and implementing automation of certain Treace Medical processes and reports.

Sr. Regulatory Affairs Specialist

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will report to the Director of Regulatory Affairs and will work with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Marketing to support the product development process and meeting all applicable regulatory requirements. The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will work with Marketing, Sales, Legal and Regulatory partners on advertising and promotional materials as well as product labeling while meeting all applicable regulatory requirements. The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will support daily regulatory operations and regulatory data management as well as monitor and assess applicable regulatory landscape changes.

Executive Administrator

The Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting Company executives, the coordination of office operations, and the management of resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Flexibility, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key characteristics of the successful candidate. This position will report directly to the VP Corporate Controller.

Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable activities including, coding invoices with correct general ledger account, matching invoices to purchase orders, payment processing, and processing Concur expense reports. The successful candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and has great attention to detail. This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager but will interact with all members of the finance team.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Supplier Quality Manager

The Supplier Quality Manager (SQM) reports directly to the Director, Quality Assurance and will be responsible for management and execution of assigned supplier quality projects in order to meet quality assurance and engineering objectives. The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for daily operations in the supplier quality department and complete duties like liaising with suppliers, performing supplier quality audits, managing supplier corrective actions, and ranking suppliers for development. The Supplier Quality Manager shall have prior experience working within an FDA compliant Title 21 section 820 environment and the ability to work cross-functionally to support rapid growth and continuous improvement.

IT Desktop Support Admin

The IT Desktop Support Admin will ensure proper IT operations so that end users can accomplish their tasks. This includes receiving, organizing, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. In addition to troubleshooting network and hardware issues, the IT Desktop Support Admin will configure new software, maintain relationships and communications with outside IT vendors, oversee application updates, and be responsible for tracking all company IT property. It is the responsibility of the Desktop Support Admin to enhance the capabilities of our IT systems so that the business can run smoothly.

Product Development Engineer

The Product Development (R&D) Engineer is the team/project leader and responsible for the timely and quality execution and management of assigned design and development projects in order to meet the company’s short term and long-term goals.

This individual will be responsible for participating in and/or organizing key customer interactions and communications in partnership with the sales and marketing team to document and develop design concepts and develop them through, in accordance with the company design quality system, through full production launch and maintenance. This individual must be a “hands on” development professional who possess excellent CAD knowledge and skills (Solidworks preferred) for the creation of parametric models that drive the creation of ASME Y14.5 compliant manufacturable prints. This individual must also be extremely detail oriented and able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity with MS Office computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. This job includes the necessity to travel 20-30% of the time when needed. (to attend surgeon meetings, vendor site visits, trade shows, etc.).

Clinical Affairs Project Manager

The Clinical Affairs Project Manager reports directly to the Vice President, Clinical Affairs and Reimbursement (VCR) and plays a critical role within TMC. This individual will lead all of the Company’s clinical research projects including strategy, execution, and budgetary planning and management.

The Clinical Affairs Project Manager will work closely with the Company’s marketing staff, KOLs, investigating physicians, and clinical research operations personnel (contractors), to manage all aspects of the company’s clinical studies, including assessing operational feasibility and recommending study execution plans; developing and managing comprehensive study timelines and metrics; overseeing the selection and management/oversight of external vendors while developing vendor specifications; reviewing vendor reports, budgets and metrics; preparing and presenting project debriefings as required; planning, executing, and leading study-specific meetings; and managing/participating in site-monitoring visits.

The Clinical Affairs Project Manager will be a hands-on leader and the point of contact for clinical trial sites. Will monitor and drive enrollment in studies, provide site screening and initiations, and interact directly with contracted monitoring and data management organizations, where utilized. This role may also be involved in preparation of submissions to the FDA.
