Regional Vice President Sales

The Regional Vice President, Sales (RVP) reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with primary responsibility of achieving the sales budget (or forecast) for the region. The RVP will be responsible for fielding a high-performance sales team within the region and acting as a liaison for all key corporate support within the region to ensure the near and long-term profitable sales goals of the company are met. The RVP will collaborate heavily with other departments, especially Sales Operations, Marketing/Med Ed and Customer Service.

Design Technician

The Design Technician is a product designer that reports to the Director of R&D and is responsible for the timely and quality execution of assigned design and development tasks to meet the Company’s short term and long-term goals. This individual will be responsible for participating in and assisting with medical device design from concept through full production launch and maintenance in accordance with the Company’s design quality system.

Sr. Design Quality Engineer

The Sr. Design Quality Engineer (SDQE) reports directly to the Director, Quality Assurance and is accountable for supporting new product development and provides quality oversight to the Research & Development (R&D) organization while working within a multi-functional team environment for medical devices. The SDQE will handle projects and tasks, from product inception through design transfer and play an active role to ensure products meet quality standards consistent with internal procedures and acceptance criteria, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements. The SDQE shall have prior experience working within an FDA compliant Title 21 section 820 environment and the ability to work cross-functionally to support rapid growth and continuous improvement.

Executive Administrator, Operations

The Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other members of the Operations team, the coordination of department operations, and the management of resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Flexibility, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key characteristics of the successful candidate. This position will report directly to the COO.

Regional Clinical Specialist

The Lapiplasty® Regional Clinical Specialist (RCS) at Treace Medical Concepts reports directly to the Regional Clinical Specialist Manager with a primary responsibility of ensuring that all new surgeon customers have an excellent experience during initial surgeries with our novel, patented Lapiplasty® procedure. The RCS will be the subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty® procedure. An individual that can instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team (and sales force) by their deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® procedure and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenarios.

Additionally, the RCS will have a leadership role and responsibility for training and conducting educational labs with surgeons. The RCS also serves as the internal expert and firsthand customer feedback point on the performance of our products.

Director of Medical Education

The Director, Medical Education’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic leadership of the Company’s Medical Education programs. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & Medical Education and leads the group’s conception, planning, organization, and execution of the cadaveric workshops and other Medical Education activities for the Company. The Director, Medical Education must be able to prioritize activities and allocate resources for greatest effectiveness.
