Regional Vice President Sales
The Regional Vice President, Sales (RVP) reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with primary responsibility of achieving the sales budget (or forecast) for the region. The RVP will be responsible for fielding a high-performance sales team within the region and acting as a liaison for all key corporate support within the region to ensure the near and long-term profitable sales goals of the company are met. The RVP will collaborate heavily with other departments, especially Sales Operations, Marketing/Med Ed and Customer Service.
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for all financial accounting and reporting activities. The Director, FP&A supports the management team and may present to the board of directors and other constituents. A primary responsibility of the Director, FP&A will be to prepare and communicate business plans and forecasting models. This position will coordinate with all functions of the business and will ensure financial results are communicated accurately and timely.
The Design Technician is a product designer that reports to the Director of R&D and is responsible for the timely and quality execution of assigned design and development tasks to meet the Company’s short term and long-term goals. This individual will be responsible for participating in and assisting with medical device design from concept through full production launch and maintenance in accordance with the Company’s design quality system.
Senior Product Development Engineer
The Sr. Product Development Engineer is the team/project leader reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for the timely and quality execution and management of assigned design and development projects in order to meet the Company’s short term and long-term goals.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and vigilant with IP protection of the Company’s ideas and products.This candidate must be a “hands on” development professional who possesses excellent CAD knowledge and skills (Solidworks preferred) for the creation of parametric models that drive the creation of ASME Y14.5 compliant manufacturable prints. This individual must also be extremely detail oriented and able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity with MS Office computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. This job includes the necessity to travel 20-30% of the time when needed to attend surgeon meetings, vendor site visits, trade shows, etc.
Executive Administrator, Operations
The Executive Administrator is responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other members of the Operations team, the coordination of department operations, and the management of resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Flexibility, independent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key characteristics of the successful candidate. This position will report directly to the COO.
