Senior Product Development Engineer

The Sr. Product Development Engineer is the team/project leader reporting directly to the Director of R&D and is responsible for the timely and quality execution and management of assigned design and development projects in order to meet the Company’s short term and long term goals.

This individual will be responsible for participating in and/or organizing key customer interactions and communications in partnership with the sales and marketing team to document and develop design concepts and develop them through full production launch and maintenance in accordance with the Company’s design quality system. This candidate should be knowledgeable and vigilant with IP protection of the Company’s ideas and products. This candidate must be a “hands on” development professional who possesses excellent CAD knowledge and skills (SolidWorks preferred) for the creation of parametric models that drive the creation of ASME Y14.5 compliant manufacturable prints. This individual must also be extremely detail oriented and able to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity with MS Office computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. This job includes the necessity to travel 20-30% of the time when needed to attend surgeon meetings, vendor site visits, trade shows, etc.

Director of Regulatory Affairs

The Director, Regulatory Affairs reports directly to the Vice President, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs and will work with Product Development, Quality and Operations management to ensure that the product development process meets all applicable regulatory requirements. Regional Clinical Specialist | Northeast

Position can be located in Northeast Region (Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, or Boston)

The Lapiplasty® Regional Clinical Specialist (RCS) at Treace Medical Concepts reports directly to the Regional Clinical Specialist Manager with a primary responsibility of ensuring that all new surgeon customers have an excellent experience during initial surgeries with our novel, patented Lapiplasty® procedure. The RCS will be the subject matter expert for the Lapiplasty® procedure. An individual that can instill confidence in the surgeon and OR support team (and sales force) by their deep understanding of the Lapiplasty® procedure and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenarios.

Additionally, the RCS will have a leadership role and responsibility for training and conducting educational labs with surgeons. The RCS also serves as the internal expert and firsthand customer feedback point on the performance of our products.

Receiving Inspection and Shipping Clerk

The Receiving Inspection and Shipping Clerk is a key member of our Operations team. This team member is responsible for supporting our procurement, quality, and customer service activities by diligently executing the TMC receiving inspection process which ensures that all incoming inventory meets the company’s manufacturing and quality standards along with picking, packing and shipping product to vendors and customers. This team member is responsible for reviewing all manufacturing documentation such as material certificates, post-processing certificates, and inspection data as well as reviewing lot numbers, creating labels, and transferring inventory in the Company’s accounting system. They also ensure that part counts and visual and dimensional inspections are thoroughly evaluated for accuracy. Other support tasks may also be required.

Medical Education Lab Technician

Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. (TMC) is a dynamic, fast-growing medical device company focused on innovative product development and commercialization activities to address underserved foot & ankle clinical problems. Specifically, our primary goal is to develop innovative instrumentation and implants to drive improved outcomes in commonly-performed hallux valgus (bunion) surgical procedures.

The Bioskills Lab Technician is an organized, motivated, and driven team member whose objective is to support Medical Education and Marketing programs, primarily supporting local and offsite surgeon cadaveric bioskills training events. This is a full-time non-exempt position.

This position will report to the Associate Medical Education Manager. The Bioskills Lab Technician must be extremely organized with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing activities with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
